Do you do staging consultations? How much does it cost?

Consultations are free!

You can show us the property using the following methods:

1. Send us a video or the link to a previous listing
2. Virtual consultation via video call
3. In-person visit

How long is your staging rental period?

The rental period is 2 months. You can extend this for a cost of 25% of the total original staging cost per additional month.

After the property is staged, can I request additional items?

Yes, additional rental costs will apply. If we are passing by the property we can drop off the furniture for you without charge. If we have to make a specific trip, a Second Trip charge of $199 will apply.

What type of accessories do you provide?

All our packages include accessories including décor pieces, paintings, rugs, dinner ware, candles, and more. Please see the examples shown at the top of this page.

How far in advanced do I need to book?

Ideally 2 weeks in advance. In busy seasons, this could be the minimum availability.

What is your process to book an appointment? Do you require deposit?

After speaking with you and understanding what you need, we will send you a written quote. To confirm your appointment, we require a 25% deposit to secure the booking.
