You can choose to clean as much or as little as you like, while knowing that you are paying fairly for the services that you receive.

Floor & Carpet
Laminate, Hardwood, Tiles, Vacuum Carpet, Wash Carpet ($50 per room)
Walls & Trim
All Baseboards, Trims, Dusting of Walls (more intense scrub on request), Closets
Fixtures
Light Fixtures, Hanging Lights, California Shutters, Air Vent Registers
Interior Doors
Door Surfaces, Doorknobs, Sliding Doors, Closet Doors
Windows & Exterior Doors
Screen Mesh (washed), Inside of Windows, Windowsills, Knobs, Tracks
What We Don’t Clean
- Biohazardous / Bodily waste
- Large amounts of garbage that requires dumping (see dumping service instead)
- Exterior Windows unless specified (subject to accessibility)
- Any areas that cannot be accessed by standing on a stepladder
